    VERY EASY INSTALLATION IN JUST 4 STEPS

    1. Connecting directly to the AURALL Office the channels analog telephone or radio.
    2. USB 2.0 connection to a computer.
    3. Automatic management software AURALL Office can start to record the conversations.
    4. Configuration software.

    AURALL Office recorded on the hard drive of your PC automatically and simultaneous voice / audio all the phone calls that occur through the channels connected calls made and received . Stores information in sound files (wav format) together with details of the call if the facility exists, as the number of the caller (Caller-ID-ANI) or dialed number (DNIS-DTMF-), date and time of the call duration, channel and direction (inbound or outbound). Recording Software AURALL Office functions as an operating system for a 24x7 mode of operation.

    AURALL Office allows easy access and quick to store the recordings:

    • The main screen presents the data of the calls (date, time, telephone calling and call duration, meaning -in/out, ...) can select any recording.
    • The list of recordings can be ordered and you can create filters to narrow your search for phone numbers, range of dates and times or device.
    • The software can be operated locally or from any PC connected to the network LAN
    • Allows real-time monitor calls in progress and even listen to any channel via the data network

    RULES OF RECORD

    • Allows for an intuitive way to create rules about the calls you choose to store on your PC or discard.
    • Selective Recording:
      • Type of rule: insertion or removal
      • % of calls to the rules
      • Record the two speakers or just one.
      • Filter by telephone numbering.
      • Filter by date range of days or weeks.
      • Filter by range of hours.
    • Recording on demand (By DTMF): Define the key digit/s to press active or stop recording.
